Do you know what Phishing is? you better! Phishing is the art of sending you an email with a hyperlink which APPEARS to be to a reputable URL of say Ebay, or PayPal or your worse your BANK. In fact it's actually to a scam site where they invite you to login with your userid & password, which they then use to raid your account.

If the e-mail refers you to a Web site, look carefully at the URL. It's easy to disguise a link to a site. Beware of the @ symbol in a URL. Most browsers will ignore all characters preceding the @ symbol, so this Web address -- http://www.respectedcompany.com@thisisascam.com -

Always be suspicious of any link in an email. A clue to watch out for is poor English in the Email.
