EBAY does not need publicising, but do you use EBAY to buy NEW stuff? Lots of bricks and mortar retailers/wholesalers are setting up EBAY businesses selling new goods from a VERY LOW COST BASE. I advise searching Ebay first and then the Web afterwards. Ebay will often be cheaper!
