A new (well actually it's been around a while) instant website tool is making waves :-

It makes it simple to create SalesLetter or ordinary Websites although not as powerful as say Dreamweaver or even FrontPage. It is especially good at creating niche websites. The only negative I've noticed so far is that you cannot modify the Stylesheet.

EBay Sniping

I lost out on quite a few auctions recently, you know when right in the last seconds there's a flurry of bids. I had no chance because I was up against sniper programs. Well if you can't beat 'em you must join 'em. I particularly wanted an item and joined http://www.justsnipe.com/ . I practiced sniping on an item which I didn't care either way about and won it. Justsnipe is free for 5 bids a week or so, but I paid a £5 fee to get their premium service because I was really after an item.
The sniping worked perfectly again but I only just beat the other person. now here's the rub with sniping you forced to decide what your maximum bid is. This has the advantage that you are less likely to get caught up in bidding euphoria.
